For your knowledge: First things first; Our website is an essential tool for learning and knowing about all of our services, pricing structure and standards. Please be sure to read our website in its entirety, as we pride ourselves on providing all information, front and center, so that no question is left unanswered.
Response time: When looking to receive bartending services, full or partial, please be sure to share as much information as possible about your event. You should complete the inquiry form and wait 24-48 hours for a response via email, which includes availability and a custom quote. All calls will be scheduled.
Reservation/Confirmation: For an event to be reserved &/or confirmed, you must make a 50% deposit. Availability is limited, and bookings are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Preparation: Depending on the demand and guests count of the event, prep time can take anywhere from 24 hours to 1 week to prepare. This varies depending on the event date & service needs.
Event preparation: Once event is confirmed, we will schedule a walk-through of the venue, to get an idea of the grounds and set up locations. If a physical walk through can't happen, a video call (Zoom, Skype, Facetime, etc.) will be scheduled to get an idea of what the space is like, prior to set up day.
Bar Planning & Event Development: We specialize in comprehensive bar planning and development to ensure every event is flawlessly executed. From concept creation to the final pour, we work with you to tailor a bar setup that aligns with your vision, theme, and guest preferences.
Go time: We arrive to your event at least 1.5-2 hours in advance to organize, set up and prep for any last-minute updates or changes. These times are subject to change based on the guests count, as more guests require more time.
Closing time: Upon completion of all services, we provide a seamless & proper cleaning experience.
